<p class="MsoNormal">Please note, as of FY22, you should be transitioning to using the global item type numbers for this program. This list includes OPTIONAL “Crossover” item types that not all colleges are using.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Student Support Funds:<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">There are also additional student support funds that allow you to with pay off and/or reimburse students for charges incurred.

<p class="MsoNormal">If you would like your Student Support funds to be reimbursed to students, you may need a new charge priority list that pays off Miscellaneous Fees and also Refunds to students.

<p>You may use a spreadsheet to request multiple item type changes. Please include the necessary signatures on the item type form and add a note “See attached spreadsheet.”<o:p></o:p></p>

FY23 WorkFirst Delivery Agreement</a> program grant guidelines under Support Services Awarding Financial Aid.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

WFDA Fiscal Guidelines </a>policy states “Grant funds may not be given directly to a student”. Currently, WorkFirst BE, LS, and VE Books global item types are set as non-refundable with the refund indicator of “N”.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">New Policy:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To give colleges the flexibility to best support their WorkFirst students -
<em><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">effective the date of this announcement</span></em>, colleges may award WorkFirst BE, LS and VE Books as disbursable to the student or continue to pay the bookstore charges directly. Grant funds used for Tuition
