<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Problem:<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We have observed a high volume of failed Financial Aid processes in Process Monitor. A failed instance will have a status of Error or No Success. For most cases, when a user has two failed instances for a process accumulated in Process
Monitor, they will no longer be able to run that process successfully until those failed instances are purged. This issue can occur both within JobSets and with individually run processes. Not purging failed processes, in some cases, can also impact other
users across ctcLink and prevent further processing.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><u><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow"><o:p><span style="text-decoration:none"> </span></o:p></span></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Action Required:<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><u><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">Please notify FA Support via a Service Desk ticket as soon as possible when you have a process or JobSet that has failed</span>.</u> We will then work with you, and potentially our
Application Services Team, to either purge the process instances or investigate further.
