<p class="xxmsonormal">Financial Aid > File Management > ISIR Import > 2021-2022 Suspense Management<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="xxmsonormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="xxmsonormal">We’ve confirmed those reports and found that the issue is related to the security update and a Bug that was introduced in the Aid Year updates for 2021/2022 in prior Image installs 18/19. This bug is resolved in Image 20/21 which is
slated to be installed this upcoming weekend.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="xxmsonormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="xxmsonormal">We did not find this issue during testing due to our testing occurring in environments in which Image 20/21 were already installed.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="xxmsonormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="xxmsonormal">Due to the timing of the Image 20/21 installation this weekend, no fix can be provided in the interim. The 2021-2022 Suspense Management search will resume returning results as expected after the Image 20/21 install. This should work
as expected come Monday, June 21.<o:p></o:p></p>
