There was a re-verification process that your campus IT had to complete by a certain date and colleges that did not complete the process ran into an issue where all their communications went to
<b>Email Send Error</b>. <span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,128)"><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">This specific error can happen for different reasons but if your communications have this error between 04/02/2021 to today, failure to
complete the re-verification process is most likely the culprit. </span></span>We've heard that all colleges have finished re-verifying now so colleges that have the Email Send Error will need to reset the communications to be picked up on their next Comm
Gen process.<br>
