<span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">the <b>Production environment will be down from 3:00pm on Friday, February 5<sup>th</sup> through 8:00am Monday, February 8<sup>th</sup></b> for conversion activities.</span>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">This is a reminder that all reoccurring processes, jobs, and jobsets will need to be cancelled before the Production environment can be taken offline. For those of you who schedule processes and jobs for your
college, <b><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">please plan on cancelling any reoccurring or pre-scheduled processes and jobs that you have scheduled by 12:00pm on Friday, February 5<sup>th</sup>.</span>
