<span style="font-size:12.0pt">Can I please suggest adding 2 more fields/columns to the query- see highlighted below. DISB amount to pull from FA DISB; Enrolled Units to come from the Records side ( not FA Term). It will really help schools to first focus
on the students that are already disbursed & enrolled. I just ran a query for WA171 and we have 170 students to check. We already ran DISB and refunds will run tomorrow, but a lot of these students are not even registered, so we really don’t need to be checking
them right this moment. </span></p>
