[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] RESOLVED: File Outbound Processes Not Producing Files (SFA_COD_OUT)

Good Evening FA-

This issue has been resolved.

You may resume FA processes that generate outbound files to the server. If you were unable to access Pell or Loan files that were generated earlier this afternoon, you can now retrieve those files from Upload/Download.

Good Afternoon FA -



There is an issue with FA Processes that generate an outbound file to the server(SFA_COD_OUT). They produce the message "File not open for writing!" in the Message Log for the process and do not generate the file. Examples of impacted processes: Generate Pell Data (PELLOUT) and Generate Direct Loan Data (DLOUT).



We are working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, please do no run any additional processes the generate a file.
