Additionally, here is the follow-up from the parking lot question:

Q.  What is the Loan Recipient Service Indicator in the Loan Exit query criteria and how is it used?


A.  FA Support:  The loan recipient service indicator was used for FirstLink cutover data only and is not applicable to current business processing in ctcLink.

This note will be added to the loan processing business process guide for added clarification.
