[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] New FA Query: QCS_FA_PELL_ELIG_NOT_AWARDED

Good Afternoon FA-

We are aware that some colleges have been using the following query: CTC_FA_PELL_ELIG_NOT_AWARDED. In 2017, this query was developed as a clean-up query for one of the FirstLink colleges to identify students that had not been awarded Pell but had an Aid Processing status of Completed on the Packaging Status Summary page.

Joshua Temple at SCC created QCS_FA_PELL_ELIG_NOT_AWARDED. This version looks for students that have a Pell eligibility indicator of Y, do not have Pell (includes Additional Pell item type) with an offer amount greater than zero and their Aid Processing status on the Packaging Status Summary page is not No Electronic Application. Note: Because the query criteria includes other Aid Processing statuses in addition to Completed, if you'd like to review only those students that have a status of Completed, this can be done by sorting on the Process St. field.

QCS_FA_PELL_ELIG_NOT_AWARDED is scheduled to migrate to Production this evening. CTC_FA_PELL_ELIG_NOT_AWARDED will be placed in the Archive folder.
