This calendar invite is for a Cross-Pillar FA-SF Intermediate Training on Award Adjustments & the FARP/FARC Process held on Tuesday October3rd, 2023, from 9AM - 11:00AM.  This Cross-Pillar Training Session is an intermediate training session on how to perform award adjustments, getting those awards over to the Customer Accounts and getting the Customer Accounts corrected for any needed adjustments.

Objectives:


  *   FA- Understand how to do award adjustments:
     *   Adjustments for re-calcs
     *   Adjustments for R2T4
  *   FA- Understand options on getting adjustments over to Customer Accounts
     *   Batch Authorization and Disbursement
     *   Manual Authorization and Disbursement
     *   Tips and Tricks for each option
  *   FA/SF- Understand options for blocking FA refunds due to withdrawals
  *   SF- Understand the FARP/FARC Process and how to do it
     *   When and why to reverse it
  *   SF- Upcoming updates

Audience:  FA Staff responsible for adjusting awarded aid & SF Staff responsible for correcting Customer Accounts
This session will be recorded.  The presentation slide deck will be attached to this invite prior to the session delivery.
