[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] SAVE Plan Updates on Loan Debt Letter Templates

Good Morning FA-

It was recently announced that the REPAYE repayment plan language was replaced by the SAVE plan on the loan debt letter. In order for this update to take effect when sending out your loan debt notification, you may need to jiggle your EY Run Control ID.  Please refer to the steps below to update your EY Loan Debt Letter Run Control ID


  1.  Navigate to HighPoint > Message Center > Processes > Send Messages



  1.  Select your EY Loan Debt Letter Run Control ID



  1.  Select the blank option on the Letter dropdown menu

  1.  Re-select the Loan Debt Letter EY, confirm the text now says, "Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) Plan- formerly the REPAYE Plan," then select Save.
