Hello FA Friends,


Thank you to all of the colleges who responded to the survey to approve the solution design for the SAP #6B: Transfer Units in MAXT Course Exclusions<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/PMO_Info/l/1625563-fa-satisfactory-academic-progress-sap-project-information-guide#transfer-credits-in-calculation-b> project! Our next step is college User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for those who will be testing.  The walk-through and college UAT kick-off for SAP #6B: Transfer Units in MAXT Course Exclusions<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/PMO_Info/l/1625563-fa-satisfactory-academic-progress-sap-project-information-guide#transfer-credits-in-calculation-b>  will be held on Tuesday, October 31st from 10am to 11:30am where we will demonstrate the solution to the FA Community. For those that agreed to test, your window of testing is from Tuesday, October 31st to Monday November 13th by end of business day. That affords a two week testing window to have colleges confirm the issue is addressed in UAT before the solution is released into Production on November 28, 2023.  With the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday week, it is imperative testers complete and submit sign off by the November 13th deadline.



Even if your college will not be participating in the UAT testing, we strongly encourage you to attend to ensure your staff understand the customization we are delivering. Please see below for the Webex meeting information.
