[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] IPEDS Financial Aid Categories

Hello everyone,

This message is intended for those who submit or authorize ctcLink item types.

The final Financial Aid snapshot for the 2023 aid year for the SBCTC Data Warehouse will occur on October 12th. This information will be used for the IPEDS Financial Aid Survey. Please assign an IPEDS Category to all Item Types. Any Item Types not associated with an IPEDS Category will be excluded from IPEDS reporting, however please select "NOT_REP" instead of leaving the IPEDS Category blank. The ctcLink query QCS_FA_IPEDS_KEYWORD_REV was developed to assist with your review of IPEDS Category assignments.
