Please join us for the SF/FA Cross-Pillar Work Session: CPL's Part II<https://www.sbctc.edu/calendar?trumbaEmbed=view%3Devent%26eventid%3D170730270> on November 9th, 2023 from 1pm to 3pm.

Do your student accounts have unapplied balances…does your financial aid properly apply to appropriate charges…do you submit tickets asking for help with item type configuration? If so, you need to take part in this session!

Objectives:

  *   Understand the reconciliation queries used in FA to track what is ‘unapplied’ to Customer Accounts.
  *   Understand CPLs and Tree Nodes in more depth.
  *   Understand how to review available queries which shows Item Type priority conflicts.
  *   Understand the need to refurbish your institution’s FA Item Type CPLs based on the review resources shared at the session.
