[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] [Save the Date] Two-Day Aid Year Rollover

My apologies for the delay in sending out the following information after our AYRO Prep session!

Please review the following table and the save the dates for your college’s 2-Day Aid Year Rollover workshop on your calendars. When the 2024-2025 Aid Year Rollover Guide(s) Part 1 & Part 2 and workshop agenda is ready, we’ll send out the official calendar invites to the colleges. With all 33 colleges in ctcLink, we’ve taken into consideration prior requests (i.e. last week of Fall quarter is busy with SAP, first two weeks of Winter quarter is a No), existing holidays, calendared out internal work (i.e. implementation of 2024-2025 PRP), and the following dates are what are available for January – March. 😊

Note: Some colleges are transitioning off of performing Aid Year Rollover on a WebEx with us and completing it on their own this year when the materials and system is ready.
