Good morning!

Some colleges have expressed interest in having a session where we walk through setting up the new AY loan run controls for when you begin processing loans in the 2023-2024 Aid Year (AY).

This calendar invite is for a Financial Aid Workshop on New AY Loan Run Control Set Up held on Thursday June 1st, 2023, from 10:00 AM - 11:30AM.  This Fin Aid Session is a hands-on workshop to set up/adjust your Run Controls for the 2023-2024 AY.

Agenda:


  *   Set up/adjust Run Controls for:
     *   Process Loans (Origination)
     *   Process Loan Dates
        *   Summer Exclude
        *   Summer Include
     *   Population Update Process (Adjustments)
     *   DL outbound
     *   DL inbound
     *   Loan Communications:
        *   Loan Disbursement Notifications
        *   Loan Exit Communications
        *   Loan Debt Letter
Audience:  Staff responsible for managing the Direct Loan program, and the staff who are their backups
This session will be recorded.  There will be no slide deck, as we will be working hands-on in the PRD environment.
