[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] 2023-2024 Suspense Management page missing Institution security

Good morning FA Users!

It's been a while since we sent this message out about the 2023-2024 ISIR Suspense Management page not having Institution security so we would like to send out a reminder that this is a known issue that is being worked on.

Until institution security is placed on that page, it may be safer to use other methods to look up your students:

  *   CTC_FA_SUSPEND_ISIR_DETAIL query

  *   CTC_FA_ISIR_TRANS_SRCE query

  *   Financial Aid > File Management > 2023-2024 ISIR File Data

Hello FA Users,



In a recent Image Update, the Institution Search Parameter was not added to the ISIR Susp Management 23/24 page; we currently have a ticket with App Services to have this corrected.



In the meantime, your Suspense Query results can still be used for the Queue Instance to search by process batch, rather than just by individual student or “wide open” searching.



We’ll provide an update once it has been established.

Hello,



Does anyone know why the Acad Institution Field is missing for 23-24 year in Suspense Management?  Now, you can’t pull just your institution suspended ISISRs to load. You have to look through all ISIR transaction to see which one is your school … did we miss something?
