We are aware of an issue with Bank Mobile file transfers and are in communication with BM Tech Support.

They are currently experiencing connectivity issues and are actively working to resolve the issue.

This has impacted Student Data files beginning Monday and Student Data and Refund files today.

We will let you know when files are being transmitted successfully.
