Please mark your calendar for the LegacyLink and Legacy Transcript Security Q & A Session on Monday, June 26,  11 a.m. to 12 p.m. via Webex:  Join Webex meeting<LegacyLink%20and%20Legacy%20Transcript%20Security%20Q%20&%20A%20Session%20on%20Monday,%20June%2026,%20%2011%20a.m.%20to%2012%20p.m.%20via%20Webex.>



The Legacy project manager will give a brief introduction and the Security team will walk through the Legacy Application Security Administration<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/117648/l/1690481-legacy-applications-security-administration> quick reference guide (QRG), answer questions, and demonstrate the process of adding a user in each application.



The new QRG outlines the specific security administration roles and steps to grant users access to the LegacyLink and Legacy Transcript applications.  Please note: This QRG is still under construction and will be finalized by June 26 in time for the Q & A Session.



The two applications will be available to local security administrators (LSAs) on Wednesday, June 28, to allow the LSAs an opportunity to configure user security prior to Friday, June 30 go-live.
