[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Authorization and Disbursement Security

Seems like this is a widespread issue. I've seen multiple school today report this same error for various batch jobs

Hi All, according to our LSA, nothing has changed locally but the primary person who authorizes and disburses aid is suddenly lacking the appropriate security.  Here is the message he received today:
