Axway is back up and running and all backed up files are being sent out.

On our end, it does appear all backed up files have gone over, including any refund and demographic files from this afternoon.

We are currently working through some issues on the production axway server. It's sending and receiving some files but not all, and it's slower than normal. We have a ticket open with support and are waiting to hear back from them. In the meantime, we are researching and troubleshooting things on our own.
