CONFIGURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATING:  Please remember to always add an effective-dated row (not correct history) when making changes to your configurations. Effective dating of configuration changes allows for more accurate audits when determining how a student was processed or calculated, and at what point that approach changed. Effective dated configuration changes also provide crucial context when troubleshooting newly discovered issues with Financial Aid processing.

Session: Student Budgeting Fun

Presenter:  Connie Burrow, FA Support Functional Analyst

Topics:  This session is geared toward the review of budget items & formulas.  Connie will discuss need-to-knows on changing your budget items that you may need to update your formulas (with examples!). She will explain enrollment-based budgeting and share some queries.

The QRGs and BPGs will be undergoing a continual overhaul to accommodate the upcoming PeopleTools 8.59 system upgrade.  Keep your eyes peeled for a new look and feel of the QRGs in the coming months as we work through 4,000 QRGs and guides in the ctcLink Reference Center!
