[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Dual Processing Validation Extracts

Hi everyone,

The CTC_FA_I121_SDNTENR_VALIDATION query is not working as intended after we made some updates to improve the performance of the enrollment extract.  We're working to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.  The enrollment extract should be working just fine; it's just that the query will only return results for the institution that last ran the extract.
