The Washington Executive Leadership Academy (WELA) is set up to provide professional development for college exempt personnel whose next logical career step would be a college vice-president or president position.   The program will run from July 2018 to July

 2019 (first retreat this year will be July 9 – 13<sup>th</sup>).  <br>
