Smarter Balanced Placement Agreement</a> is a vital part of giving high school students equitable access to a direct pathway from high school to college-level work, as well as the larger movement towards removing barriers with a multiple measures approach.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

policy agreement. Therefore, we’re reaching out to a variety of system groups with a connection to the process to clarify some of the issues that have come up (see the attachment to this message).
