<b><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Pave the Way to Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD)</span></b></em> on Tuesday,

April 23rd, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.</a> This <b>free event</b> will be held in the Lake Coeur d’Alene room on the second floor of the

</span></span><b>Motivate attendees to make a difference</b> on GAAD (May 16, 2019) by making an effective, meaningful contribution toward helping someone with a disability and/or furthering inclusivity of technology.</p>

</span></span><b>Social Media engagement</b> using hashtags (i.e., #GAAD, #GAAD2019, #NICA11y) and sharing examples/ideas for celebrating

Global Accessibility Awareness Day</a> prior to May 16, 2019.</p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">Following the vision of GAAD founders Joe Devon & Jennison Asuncion, we at NIC want anyone and everyone who has any level of interest or experience in accessibility, universal design, technology and/or higher education to come and collaborate
with us on making the world a little bit more inclusive. If we can make 1% percent improvement in any area, we believe we will then see how to make 2% improvement and so on.</p>
