[corrections_edu_deans] Perkins Laptops

Good Afternoon Everyone!

A while back I had mentioned that we would try to ascertain how many laptops each site had purchased with Perkins funds but have since learned that we do not have a mechanism for getting that information. Since the Perkins funds are distributed to the colleges the laptop numbers will need to be collected locally.

My apologies for the initial miscommunication.
