I received this email today from one of our Corrections Education Deans. I found it a bit disconcerting that one of the colleges was not planning to include Corrections Education content in their review for Title II. Could we include, in our guidance documentation,
the importance of reviewing ALL educational content as it shouldn't matter the audience, correct?</div>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">Has anyone started looking at the new Digital Accessibility Standards for higher education? I am not confident that our current CANVAS courses meet the new standards – where is everyone in the evaluation process? It is my understanding
that we have until April 2026 to make everything compliant. I know that Peninsula is working on ensuring that all digital materials meet the new standards, but our offline classes and the classes on the OSN won’t be included in the review – at least not at
PC.</p>
