a newly created position and the first one of its kind at the agency, which represents a leap forward in our commitment to digital and web accessibility! Within this role, Vicki will work with me to ensure that accessibility is a key consideration in SBCTC
IT acquisitions and perform in-house accessibility conformance testing. Additionally, Vicki and I will collaborate on awareness and training opportunities for SBCTC and the wider CTC community.</span></p>

Columbia Basin College with an AS in Network Admin where they started out as a student worker in Information Services, and then hired full time. Some years later, <span class="ContentPasted0" style="margin:0px">Vicki</span> was able to apply their IT experience
to a newly developed program at CBC called Assistive Technology. From there, <span class="ContentPasted0" style="margin:0px">Vicki</span> fell in love with accessible technology and Assistive Technology--eventually completing the CSUN course for Assistive
Technology Applications.</span><span style="margin:0px"></span></p>
