<div>Otherwise, can you all pop in and look at the schedule and see if there are any meetings you can cover? I’ll pull together some sort of “meeting attendance checklist” once we have it sorted. My thought was sit in on the meeting, then try to talk to the
team lead afterwards to get input on how the team is functioning and if there are ways we could better support leads. – that could be a phone call though, if schedules don’t allow it.
