<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><span>All academic employees are required to complete ten (10) hours per year of assigned training to comply with college, state, or federal requirements effective September 2017. Such training shall be determined and
assigned by the College.</span><br>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><span>The Deans then got together and created priority lists of training for new faculty & continuing faculty. Training must be completed by the end of each academic year.</span></p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><span>Associate Faculty are paid a $400 stipend per year. If they fail to complete, they are not eligible for rehire the next year.</span></p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><span>FT Faculty - this is a part of their regular, full time job requirements.</span></p>
