<p class="MsoNormal">After checking the membership on the CATO listserv I realized less than half of the group had subscribed to the listserv. I went ahead and subscribed the rest of you. Since folks were inactive on Basecamp and confused by the set up, I had
assumed the listserv would help foster greater communication. I now understand why some announcements did not reach certain channels.
