[CATO] CATO vote extended until Friday

I'm sorry I missed yet again. However, I have been able to shift the meeting that was my regular conflict so moving into this academic year I should be able to attend regularly again.

I have missed you all and the great work that CATO does!

Because of low turnout at today's CATO meeting, we decided to extend the voting for new co-chairs until Friday.  Monica will tally up the results at end of business day on Friday, so please vote by Friday at noon.
