<p class="MsoNormal">Attached is the draft of two policies that passed first read at the recent Winter BLC meeting earlier this month.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The first is a proposed revision to the Baccalaureate Program Approval Process Policy which governs the process by which new baccalaureate programs are approved. The second is a new policy, the Baccalaureate Program Inventory Maintenance
policy, which addresses the process for making changes to an existing baccalaureate program including termination.

<p class="MsoNormal">These policies will be presented to the BLC membership at the Spring meeting for approval and then advanced to Instruction Commission.

<p class="MsoNormal">In preparation for this important discussion at the Spring BLC meeting, please distribute these policies to stakeholders at your college and solicit their feedback.
