<p class="MsoNormal"><b>For those of you that attended the January 17 informational meeting, this session (March 7) will be a repeat of that. <o:p></o:p></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">I hope this message finds you well. As you may know, Central Washington University (CWU) is developing a new MBA program, set to launch in the next academic year. Some of you may
have participated in a meeting last summer, where we provided input and feedback to support its development.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">CWU’s next step in this process is to establish a system-wide articulation agreement with the community and technical colleges (CTCs). We will be collaborating on this in two phases:<o:p></o:p></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">
<b>Phase One:</b> Determine which business-related BAS programs can articulate directly into CWU’s MBA program without the need for students to take additional leveling courses, creating a smooth pathway.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">
<b>Phase Two:</b> Evaluate other business-related programs to identify any competencies that may need to be addressed post-graduation from a BAS program and before entering the MBA program.<o:p></o:p></li></ol>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">Your college is invited to participate in this important process. We are asking each institution with a business-related BAS program to send a representative to attend a Zoom meeting
on <b>March 7 at noon</b> to review competencies and discuss interest in participating in Phase One. <b><i>Please forward this message as needed at your college.</i></b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">Phase Two colleges will be invited to a separate meeting – TBD.<o:p></o:p></p>
