<p class="MsoNormal">I believe all of our BAS degrees in the School of B&T Division differ slightly on this – for Software Development and Cybersecurity we require C or higher for every individual class and cumulative gpa of 2.0, but I know some other programs
such as Data Management & Analysis don’t require C or higher <b>for some of their prerequisite classes.</b>

<p class="MsoNormal">I have had a few students have to retake courses to get a C or higher if they got a C- even if they got a passing grade in course that built off of that course… it is definitely something we have thought about changing also but I believe
this would just be a CAC change.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I have a question regarding admissions requirement. What is your GPA requirement for your BAS degree programs? Do you require a certain GPA for individual courses that are different from the graduation requirement for your AA degrees?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">So, here is a scenario. We require 2.0 GPA in each and every GenEd course for a student to be admitted into the BAS degree programs. However, that is not a graduation requirement for every AAT degree. So we had student who obtained their
AAT degree with a C- in Sociology. Her overall GPA was high enough to be accepted into the BAS degree that she applied for, but she was told that she had to repeat the Sociology class because she did not obtain a 2.0 in that specific course. Of course, financial
aid wouldn’t pay for the class. We are currently debating about this policy. <o:p>
