<b>decrease in tuition collections</b>.  There is clear interest in capturing this information once it becomes available in spring quarter. (Delayed due to spring quarter start being delayed at many colleges.)<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Dining facilities.</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">  Consistent
 with Governor Inslee’s 20-13 proclamation, college dining facilities should not provide any sit-down food or beverage service through March 31.  The proclamation is clear concerning continuation of delivered or take-out food/beverage service.  This same proclamation
 prohibits the operation of all retail stores through March 31, unless they designate an employee who must establish and implement social distancing and sanitation measures.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>

<b>American Dental Association</b> issued a statement on March 16 recommending dentists nationwide to postpone elective procedures for the next 3 weeks. See the statement at
</span><a href="https://www.ada.org/en"><span style="color:#0563C1">https://www.ada.org/en</span></a> under the header “ADA Statement on COVID-19.”)  This may impact local dental clinics operated by colleges.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif"><o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:-.25in;mso-list:l1 level2 lfo2"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Colleges are being surveyed to get clarity regarding transition to on-line for spring quarter and

 are currently working with OSPI to address the lack of high school counselor approval on enrollment verification forms.  An approach has been discussed with VPI’s and will be vetted with OSPI. (i.e., enrolling student now and get form signed in late April,
 when K-12 schools are scheduled to reopen.)<o:p></o:p></span></li><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="square">

 related to the role of Running Start to help students graduate.  Essentially, stating that the college system has an important role to ensure high school seniors meet the graduation requirements this spring though their on-line offerings.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:-.25in;mso-list:l1 level3 lfo2"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Colleges may want to consider how to promote this option in their areas.  State Board will work through OSPI to see
