barriers to low-income students participating in dual credit. An earlier proviso directing the colleges to provide very detailed financial information about their Running Start funding to the Legislative committees, OFM and OSPI has been changed to say, SBCTC
will coordinate with WSAC and the dual credit task force to provide the data. This change softens the requirement, but a veto request of this section is being considered.
