</span>As the Chair of the Administrators of Color Leadership Program Advisory Board, I am pleased to be able to provide this exciting leadership training opportunity for those that identify as a person of color and have an interest in moving into a dean role
within Instruction and Student Services. Please note, we plan to expand into other areas (HR, IT, Business, IR etc.) in the following years. If you are a full time faculty member or director and have aspirations of becoming a dean and would like to engage
in a training program that will help you develop your career plan and center Critical Race Theory as the framework, then this is the training for you.
