[BLC] Dean of Instruction position at Bates Technical College

Bates Technical College is seeking a dynamic and equity-minded leader as our next Dean of Instruction<https://www.schooljobs.com/careers/batesctc/jobs/3611267/dean-of-instruction-south-campus?pagetype=jobOpportunitiesJobs> to oversee our innovative instructional and technical programs at our South Campus.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, motivates their team members, and enjoys multitasking. The ideal candidate will want to be a part of an inclusive and diverse team, knows how to collaborate well with others, shares ideas, has excellent communication and listening skills, and a positive attitude. We are looking for an individual who is detail orientated, can work within the College's defined strategic goals, is a team member focused on serving our students, and is accustomed to follow-through, following up, and being of service to others.
