budget that you return funds sooner in the FFY rather than later. Please submit a response, even if you are not returning funds or requesting additional funds. We must receive a response from every college before we can process requests.

We do our best to fulfill your requests (for additional funds or to return funds), but there will be times when this is not possible. Our funding and redistribution decisions are bound by system-wide need and availability of funds. Quarterly funding surveys
are designed for you to let us know the current needs of your program so we are able to redistribute funds accordingly, but keep in mind there is no guarantee we will be able to award additional funds or accept the return of funds. We will also take into consideration
your current billing status, your year-to-date expenditures, the remaining balance of BFET funds you have, and the immediate need for your requests.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<h1>Staffing<o:p></o:p></h1>
<h1><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:windowtext">If you will be out of the office for a significant portion of this survey, please make sure to have a back-up staff person who can fill out the survey on your behalf and
answer questions in case we need clarification. Waiting on a single response can hold up the entire process, so please make sure your staff are available.
