<p class="MsoNormal">Please see your campus OGMS security contact for access to the

Your OGMS security contact</a> must give you access to each grant application, each year. When you log into OGMS, be sure to navigate to the
<u>FY21 </u>screen to find the correct application. After you have access to OGMS and the application, the

<u>exact</u></b> budget numbers that you see in the attached document (also available in the Grant Info section of OGMS). These are based on the numbers submitted to SBCTC in your final DSHS budget workbook. However, you may notice your BFET planning numbers
are $1 more or less. This is due to rounding. Budget numbers reflect the 50% amount reimbursable by FNS (this is the maximum amount you can bill up to)<o:p></o:p></p>
