<p class="MsoNormal">Great news! It seems as if the issue of state-government agencies not being able to use the Secure Email Portal was of the highest priority for DSHS administration.

<p class="MsoNormal">We have been notified that the state’s new vendor for the Secure Email Portal has upgraded the platform to enable the continued use of the portal for sending/receiving secure emails for everyone already registered in the Washington Secure
Email Portal effective today. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This upgrade now allows external users to forward and compose encrypted emails from within the portal to other external recipients.
