<p class="MsoNormal">As we are processing invoicing for BFET billing, we have noticed that on the Local Certification Form many of the colleges are indicating one of the sources they are billing for 50% reimbursement as WorkFirst Performance funds. While these
funds have been deemed local funds and available for leveraging by BFET, please check with those that processes your billing/invoicing on your campus to ensure moving forward the billing of these funds are identified on the Local Certification Form as
