<h1>Staffing<o:p></o:p></h1>
<p class="Body"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">If you will be out of the office for a significant portion of this survey, please make sure to have a back-up staff person who can fill out the survey on your behalf and answer questions in case
we need clarification. Waiting on a response from one college/CBO can hold up the whole process, so please make sure your staff are available.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<h1>FFY19 Funding Surveys<o:p></o:p></h1>
<p class="Body"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">There will be one more funding survey for FFY19 in summer, which will allow you another opportunity to request additional funds or request to return unneeded funds. Please do not wait to return
unneeded funds until last minute. It is very important that you return unneeded funds to the system as soon as possible in the fiscal year to ensure that: (1) we do not leave large amounts of funds unspent at the end of the federal fiscal year; and (2) colleges
that need additional funds can receive them as soon as possible to serve students.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
