have the students pick up the checks at our office and they take them to the owners or the management office. Our business office will mail the checks if it is necessary, but it is much faster for the student to hand deliver them.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

payment into a check for the landlord but Plastiq would not process the transaction because my name was not on the lease (i.e you can’t pay on someone else’s behalf).<o:p></o:p></p>
