<p class="MsoNormal">This is a reminder that <b>your forms are due no later than October 31, 2018</b>. Attached are the BFET Mandatory Training Verification form and the DSHS Non-Disclosure form. These forms must be completed and submitted annually by all BFET
employees and those that have access to eJAS or confidential client information.
