<p class="MsoNormal">It has come to our attention that our Fiscal staff recently became aware of a discrepancy between the amount of reutilized funds being billed for and the amount that should be reported on your tracking sheet. Because the discrepancy is
not specific to any one college we are going to provide a power point training and facilitate some system discussions on the use of Reutilized Funds and Match (leverage) Certification Forms.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We have a tentative date set for a WebEx on <b>April 16, 2018 from 1 pm to 3 pm</b>. Please make all efforts to have at least one person from your BFET team and your fiscal team attend. The power point training will be sent out prior to
this WebEx for your review along with the WebEx link. We ask that you review the training material and come prepared to this WebEx with your current processes, questions you have, and be ready to engage in an in-depth conversation.
