system could be better supported in serving job seekers. One way to do that is to consider some common intake and referral frameworks. If our workforce system does this right, more job seekers who need training to secure family-wage employment will find their
way to us, and we can better help our students secure additional supports from other areas of the workforce development system. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
