<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I have looked into this. I talked with BEdA HS21+ staff, SBCTC coding staff, and SBCTC Research staff. None are not aware of this. HS21+ is a below college level diploma program. As such, it is not eligible for
FA, nor is it classified as a transfer degree. The recently released <a href="https://www.sbctc.edu/resources/documents/colleges-staff/data-services/data-warehouse/sbctc-student-and-course-coding-manual.pdf">
Student and Course Coding Manual</a> shows the correct coding for HS21+ (p. 17). <o:p>
